Q. How to Earn Points ?

Registered Mechanic can earn Points by reporting EICHER GENUINE PARTS Unique ID to Program Center by single SMS

Format: EGP <space> UID1 <space> UID2 <space> UID3 <space> UID4 <space> UID5 <space> UID6 max 6 UID at a time.

E.g.: If the Mechanic Mr.Basha has brought three EICHER GENUINE PARTS and the UID as follows :

QSWDE225FD DW874SCVKH HD39NB43FG

Now Mr.User has to send SMS in below format to earn Points in the program

EGP QSWDE225FD DW874SCVKH HD39NB43FG To Mobile no: 9289129129

Mr.User Will get immediate reply from EICHER on his Mobile As follows :

QSWDE225FD(30) DW874SCVKH(20) HD39NB43FG(25). Your Total Points are: 75 .T and C apply.

Q. How to check Balance ?

A registered mechanic can check his available point balance at any point of time by sending BAL as message text from his registered mobile number.

E.g. If Mechanic Mr.Basha wants to check his till date available balance, then he can send a Simple SMS BAL from his register mobile no. to program center.

Q. How to Redeem Gift ?

A registered mechanic based on his available point balance he can claim gift at any point of time by sending message text from his registered mobile number in below format.

GIFT <space> GIFTCODE <space> Quantity

E.g. If Mechanic Mr.Basha wants to Redeem Wrist watch of GIFT CODE EGP001 of 1 quantity from his till date available balance, then he can send a Simple message from his register mobile no to program center
